Will my jewellery be gift packaged?

All items are carefully packaged in our signature boxes and wrapped with care for shipping. We will include a boutique branded bag and tissue paper, making your item suitable for gifting.

What is Gold Vermeil?

Gold Vermeil is a thick layer of gold plated over Sterling Silver. To be classed as vermeil, the gold layer must meet specific thickness standards, giving it a richer colour and longer-lasting finish than standard gold plating.

How is Gold Vermeil different from gold plating?

Gold vermeil is a higher-quality form of gold plating. It uses a base of Sterling Silver, with a thicker layer of gold applied on top.

To be classed as vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick, giving it a richer colour and a more durable finish than standard gold plating.

Standard gold plated jewellery can use a variety of base metals and typically has a much thinner layer of gold, so it may wear more quickly over time.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before bathing, swimming or exercising, and avoiding contact with perfumes or cleaning products. Storing pieces separately and cleaning them gently with a soft cloth will help maintain their finish over time.

Can I personalise or adjust a piece?

Many of our Signature collection pieces can be adjusted, such as chain length or metal finish. We also offer a full bespoke service if you’re looking to create something unique. Contact us directly and we'll be pleased to help.
