What We Can Do

Sometimes a cherished piece is not quite to your taste, or you have several items you would like to bring together into one meaningful design. We can:

How Remodelling Works

  1. Consultation: bring your jewellery to our boutique in Burnham Market, or talk to us remotely, and tell us what you have in mind.
  2. Design: we look at what can be reused and work through sketches, stone choices and styles with you until the design is right.
  3. Craftsmanship: your piece is made with care and precision.
  4. Presentation: your finished jewellery, ready to wear and treasure.

Five Generations of Experience

Charles Bourn is the fifth generation of his family to work in the jewellery trade. His great-grandfather John Allen founded S.J. Rood in Burlington Arcade in 1873.

Urban Armour has been in Burnham Market since 2003, and remodelling family heirlooms into a more contemporary style is a big part of what we do. Every piece that passes through our hands is treated with the care it deserves.

Before You Get in Touch

It helps to bring or send photos of the pieces you would like to remodel, along with any pictures of styles you like. Nothing needs to be decided in advance, and we are happy to talk through ideas. If you cannot visit, remodelling can also be arranged by post or courier.
